About The Position

AutoNation is a large automotive retailer providing new and used vehicles, customer financing, parts, and maintenance and repair services through a nationwide dealership network. As an Express Service Advisor at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe, you will help service customers, build customer loyalty, use automotive knowledge and technology to identify service opportunities, and contribute to a nationwide team servicing 20,000 cars a day. This is an on-site, commission-based position. The average monthly take-home pay is $3,000–$6,000+. The position will remain open until filled.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index goals.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information, walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
• Use a consultative selling process to help customers plan ongoing required vehicle maintenance.
• Prepare repair orders, including transparent cost and time estimates.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to support timely work completion.
• Update customers on vehicle status according to their communication preferences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop superior product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty.
