About The Position

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Advisor for its Toyota Arapahoe dealership. The role is part of a nationwide service team and focuses on providing an exceptional service experience, building customer loyalty, and identifying opportunities to help customers maintain safe vehicles. The advisor uses communication skills, automotive knowledge, and technology to guide customers through service needs and recommendations.

This is an on-site, commission-based position. The stated average monthly take-home pay is $3,000–$6,000+. The position will remain open until filled.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set and confirm customer appointments and prepare for them.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index targets.
• Greet arriving customers in a friendly manner.
• Determine vehicle needs using customer information, walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
• Use a consultative selling process to help customers plan ongoing required vehicle maintenance.
• Prepare repair orders that clearly communicate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates to support timely work completion.
• Update customers about vehicle status according to their preferred method of communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
