About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their Toyota Express Maintenance team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is within a fast-paced service department environment, focusing on building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs and make informed recommendations.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
Proven strong customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task.
General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.
A valid driver's license.
A good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in service writing is not required.
Dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying that work performed and diagnosed was done properly.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
Scheduling service appointments.
