Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75- 125 calls per day total).
• Contact customers to schedule service appointments.
• Quickly, politely and accurately determine customer service needs.
• Use telephone, email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.
• Answer telephones consistent with company standards; provide information to callers and route calls.
• Stay knowledgeable on current service department offers.
• Offer clients service appointment specials that may fit their needs.
• Input and maintain vehicle and customer information in computer system.
• Perform data entry and general office clerical tasks including working within Excel Spreadsheets to document daily client contacts.
