About The Position

Bergstrom Lexus of Madison is hiring an entry-level Express Lube Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and provide friendly, informative service to guests. The position is based at Madison Lexus in Middleton, Wisconsin, and offers a stated hourly pay range of $17.00–$20.00, based on experience, plus an additional $2.00 per hour worked on Saturdays. The schedule includes shifts Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The role offers a stated career progression from Express Lube Technician to Apprentice Technician, C-Tech, B-Tech, A-Tech, Shop Foreman, Service Manager, and Platform Manager. Requirements

A can-do attitude and solid work ethic.
Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn quickly.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and work on your feet.
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and fluid checks.
Inspect filters, belts, and other key vehicle systems.
Rotate tires and check air pressure.
Keep service bays clean and organized.
Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.
