Join the Stone Creek Golf Club Team – Now Hiring Expo/Food Runner Stone Creek Golf Club is seeking talented and dependable Expo/Food Runners to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get involved in the Food & Beverage industry. Pay: Starting at $15 per hour Positions: Part-time (weekend availability required—days/nights—and some holidays) At Stone Creek Golf Club, the natural setting, exceptional golf facilities, and welcoming atmosphere come together to create an experience that goes far beyond the game itself. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Good organizational and verbal skills.
  • Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitor and develop subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas, and write and read member communication.
  • Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 30 lbs., up to 20 lbs. frequently.
  • Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
  • Ability to consistently lift, carry and load equipment that may weigh 30 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner, review orders for accuracy, and correct plating, take food to tables, and serve as a liaison between kitchen staff, wait staff, and members/guests.
  • Clear and clean tables.
  • Matches order ticket(s)with prepared food items and sides once completed by the kitchen line staff.
  • Checks presentation of plates for neatness and inclusion of all ordered items
  • Monitors food quality and returns sub-standard items to the kitchen.
  • Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicates with service staff to inform them of orders that have been delivered or returned.
  • Keeps orders in sequence to ease service process.
  • Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.
  • Removes used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables once diners are done.
  • Reset tables in a speedy professional and efficient manner.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
  • Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested.
  • Keeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized.
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints.
  • Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by your manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
