Experienced Preschool Teacher
About The Position
The Learning Experience seeks a passionate and dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive, engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher works with infants, toddlers, or preschool children, tailoring instruction to each child's unique needs and using the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support academic and emotional development. The role also involves building relationships with families and coworkers, communicating children's activities and achievements to parents, and partnering with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center success. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.
Requirements
- One year of professional teaching experience is preferred; six months of professional teaching experience is required.
- An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

- Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
