About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive, engaging classroom where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The teacher will use the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children, adapting instruction to each child’s needs and development. The role also involves communicating with families, collaborating with center staff and leadership, and helping achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience required; one year is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children to learn, play, and grow.
Use a growth mindset to support children’s development and inspire a love of learning.
Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a manner consistent with each child’s needs.
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
Build relationships with families and coworkers and foster an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
