About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support to seniors. The role offers pay of $15.50–$17.00 per hour, weekly pay, and optional daily pay through PayActiv. All shifts are available, with full-time and part-time opportunities. TheKey describes itself as North America's largest provider of private-pay in-home senior care. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Qualified caregivers may be able to begin work within 3–5 days, subject to state background-screening requirements and eligibility to work in the United States. Requirements

At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Comply with state background-screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support to clients.
Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and take them grocery shopping.
Provide emotional support and companionship through activities such as games, puzzles, and meaningful connection.
