About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring experienced caregivers to provide dedicated 1:1 in-home support to senior clients. Caregivers help clients thrive by assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers pay of $17.50–$19.50 per hour, weekly pay, and optional daily pay through PayActiv. All shifts are available, with full-time and part-time schedules. Some compensation, benefits, bonuses, and eligibility requirements vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Handle basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Provide emotional support and companionship through activities such as games and puzzles.
