About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home support to aging adults. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules across all shifts, with pay of $17.50–$19.50 per hour. Caregivers must comply with applicable state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Some eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop.
• Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
