About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support to seniors. Caregivers help clients thrive through personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers pay of $17.50–$19.50 per hour, weekly pay, and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Full-time and part-time shifts are available. Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Some eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Handle basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Provide emotional support and companionship through activities such as games and puzzles.
