Experienced Caregivers
About The Position
TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support for senior clients. The role offers pay of $17.50–$19.50 per hour, with all shifts available and full-time and part-time schedules. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, supporting their well-being and ability to thrive at home. Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles and meaningful connection.
