About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support for seniors. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers hourly pay of $17.50–$19.50, weekly pay, and optional daily pay through PayActiv. All shifts are available, with full-time and part-time schedules. Caregivers must meet applicable state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Some eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Provide emotional support and companionship through activities such as games and puzzles and meaningful connection.
