Experienced Caregivers
About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support to seniors. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The position offers pay of $17.50–$19.50 per hour, weekly pay, and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Full-time and part-time shifts are available. Employees receive support from local management and 24/7 caregiver support, as well as career development opportunities. Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Additional eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses may vary by state and location.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
