Experienced Caregivers
About The Position
TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one in-home support to senior clients. The role focuses on helping clients thrive through personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The posting offers pay of $15.50–$17.00 per hour, with weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv. All shifts are available, and both full-time and part-time schedules are offered. Caregivers may receive mileage reimbursement, paid virtual and hands-on training, and referral bonuses. TheKey also describes 24/7 caregiver support, local management, and career development opportunities. Qualified applicants may often begin working within 3–5 days, subject to state background screening and eligibility to work in the United States. Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Must comply with applicable state background screening requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles and meaningful connection.
