About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring experienced caregivers to provide dedicated one-to-one, in-home support to senior clients. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, supporting their wellbeing and helping them thrive. The role offers all shifts and full-time or part-time schedules, with pay of $17.50–$19.50 per hour. Caregivers must comply with state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Some eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background-screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Provide emotional support and companionship through activities such as games and puzzles.
