About The Position
PDQ is a full-service restaurant concept focused on scratch-made food and quality hospitality. The restaurant is hiring back-of-house team members for line cooking and kitchen preparation roles, including line cooks, kitchen prep, breading station, and salad/sandwich prep. Kitchen experience is preferred but not required. The roles offer opportunities to grow a culinary career in a fast-casual dining restaurant, including in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food as a line cook, including back-of-house cooking, sauté, or grill work.
- Perform kitchen preparation and food prep/production tasks.
- Work at the breading station.
- Prepare salads and sandwiches.
