About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Experienced Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for customers at a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The role requires professional automotive painting expertise, including applying base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
Skilled in painting base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
Skilled in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a motor vehicle records check.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and independently lift up to 60 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
