About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Auto Painters with at least five years of professional automotive painting experience. The role involves painting vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. Painters work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center and a fast-paced, changing production environment. The position may involve exposure to hot or cold weather and requires use of protective equipment. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skills and pay progression. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
