About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician for a full-time position in the Hadley, Massachusetts area. The role offers a five-day work week and hourly pay of $18–$24, depending on experience and certifications, plus technician commissions paid every two weeks. Commissions range from $400 to $1,400 and are based on store-level automotive repair net sales; hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Technicians may also earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed by the company. The technician diagnoses and repairs customers’ vehicles, explains repair options clearly, completes agreed-upon work, and provides regular vehicle maintenance. The role also involves delivering fast, friendly service and helping customers have a positive experience. Atlantic Coast Enterprises is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Brake work experience.
Must have own tools.
Honest and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Service-oriented and attentive to detail.
Able to troubleshoot and explain technical information in layman's terms.

Responsibilities
