About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians for its North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina location. This is a full-time position with a five-day work week. Technicians maintain and repair customer vehicles, diagnose mechanical problems, explain repair options, complete agreed-upon repairs, and perform regular maintenance services. The role emphasizes fast, friendly, professional service and building positive relationships with customers. Compensation is a non-flat-rate hourly wage of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions paid every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 and based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Employees may earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications obtained while employed by the company.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Brake work experience.
Must have own tools.
Honesty and reliability.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Service orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical information in layman's terms.
