About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the East Longmeadow, Massachusetts area. The role has a five-day work week and pays a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications, rather than flat-rate pay. Technicians also earn commissions paid every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed. The technician maintains and repairs customer vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options clearly, and completes agreed-upon repairs. The role also includes providing routine maintenance and delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional customer service. Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Current AATI or ASE certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Brake work experience.
- Must have own tools.
- Honesty and reliability.

- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.
Responsibilities
