About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Pembroke Pines, Florida area. The position has a 5-day work week and pays an hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications; it is not flat-rate pay. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks based on store-level automotive repair net sales, typically ranging from $400 to $1,400. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicle problems, explains repair options to customers, completes agreed-upon work, and performs regular maintenance. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Current AATI or ASE certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Brake work experience.
Must have own tools.
Honest and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Service-oriented and attentive to detail.
Able to troubleshoot and explain technical information in layman's terms.
