About The Position

The Executive Product Manager will lead the development of next-generation engine products and associated efforts at GE Aerospace. The role involves strategic product management, developing and executing competitive strategies, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with airframers and government entities, and leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment. The position also manages budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support strategic initiatives and profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, finance, or a related discipline.
Product development experience in CAT-1 NPI or advanced product prototyping.
Program management experience.
Product management experience (PCB, CCB, Safety PMT).
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships with airframers and/or government entities.
Experience with LEAN methodology and Kaizens.
Familiarity with military-unique advanced engine technologies.
