Executive In Training

Victory Home Remodeling•Franklin, MA
•$100,000 - $125,000

About The Position

Victory Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced leader for its performance-driven Executive in Training program, designed to prepare participants to lead a major business function and ultimately run an established or newly launched market. The role works directly with Victory leadership and builds on the hire’s existing leadership strengths while developing broader knowledge of Sales, Installation Operations, training, and customer experience. The anticipated development period is approximately 6–18 months, depending on performance and business needs; advancement is based on performance, leadership readiness, and business opportunity rather than time served. This is a hands-on role involving team leadership, business problem-solving, decision-making, and ownership of measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will learn Victory’s operating model, systems, processes, and end-to-end customer experience, and develop the leadership, financial, operational, and people-management capabilities needed to lead a market. Travel during training is required, and relocation or commuting may be needed as market needs require. Victory describes its proprietary ecosystem as supporting employee development through leadership development, real experiences, recognition, personal growth, and a culture centered on joy, value, and purpose. Compensation is a $100,000–$125,000 base salary, plus applicable commission and performance-based incentive opportunities. Benefits include health benefits, 401(k), health and wellness perks, performance-based trips and awards, team outings, travel opportunities, and an annual company-paid end-of-year trip for the employee and their significant other.
