About The Position

A discreet, very private family is seeking an extremely professional and experienced full-time Executive Housekeeper to manage all aspects of housekeeping and property care at a high-end private residence in Amagansett, NY. The family prefers someone within commuting distance but may offer a live-in arrangement for the right candidate. The position reports directly to the principals and/or the estate manager. The role generally follows standard full-time hours for most of the year, with significantly increased hours—including weekends and longer days—during busier periods, likely in summer and possibly around holidays. The schedule must flex with seasonal demands, with shorter days during quieter periods. The successful candidate will maintain the residence to five-star standards and carefully handle fine finishes, antiques, and decorative objects. U.S. travel during the off-season may be required. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience. A benefits package, 401(k), and generous vacation policy are offered.
