About The Position

The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of a senior living community in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This leadership role is responsible for fostering a positive environment for residents, families, employees, and referral partners while guiding the community toward revenue goals and managing expenses. The Executive Director will inspire the team, shape community culture, and ensure high standards of care in an environment built on respect, transparency, and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities.
• Administrator’s license, if required by the state.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor budgets to achieve financial objectives.
