About The Position
Responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the practice/network. The Executive Director partners closely with senior leadership, physicians, and governing boards to drive growth, innovation, patient access, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. The role oversees budgeting, financial performance, business development, compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The Executive Director serves as a strategic advisor to the Regional Vice President and Policy Board(s), providing guidance on organizational priorities, policies, and long-term growth initiatives. The role directs the development and execution of short-term and long-range strategic plans, budgets, and operational objectives to ensure financial sustainability and continued organizational success.
