In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for premium guests, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations through personalized service, event coordination, special accommodations, and ongoing engagement. From hosting exclusive VIP events to proactively developing new player relationships, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences that foster loyalty and increase guest visitation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in casino operations, hospitality, player development, sales, customer service, or account management.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, retain, and reactivate high-value players.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
