About The Position

The Point Casino & Hotel is seeking an outgoing, motivated, guest-focused Casino Host to join its Marketing team. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences by building relationships with VIP and top-tier players, providing personalized service, encouraging return visits, and supporting casino promotions and events. The Casino Host also uses Players Club information to tailor guest service and works with the Marketing team to support promotional initiatives and guest engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in customer service, sales, account management, or project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and top-tier guests.
• Provide personalized guest service so guests feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Proactively connect with guests to encourage return visits and participation in casino activities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating VIP events, promotions, and special experiences.
• Monitor guest activity and use Players Club information to provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional initiatives and guest engagement.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Help create a positive and exciting atmosphere for guests.
