Executive Associate to the CEO (US)

Scurri•Dallas, TX
•$140,000 - $150,000

About The Position

The Executive Associate will work side by side with Scurri’s founder as he leads the company’s launch into the United States. The role combines executive-assistant responsibilities with broader project ownership and business support, offering exposure to how a company is built and operated. The position is based in Dallas/Fort Worth and reports to the CEO and Founder. The role’s scope can grow based on the employee’s performance. The core responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, inbox triage, and expenses; preparing meeting research and briefings; recording notes and following up on actions; and organizing board materials, events, trade shows, and team gatherings. Broader work includes owning projects such as establishing a US office and planning a first trade show, researching markets, prospects, and partners, creating usable decks and reports, joining customer and partner meetings, supporting deal follow-up, and helping run the company’s EOS management cadence of meetings, priorities, and scorecards. The associate will also address emerging problems with little guidance. Scurri describes itself as a delivery management platform used by retailers and carriers across Europe, processing over 180 million shipments annually. The company is developing agentic AI and aims to become the agentic parcel delivery solution of choice for US mid-market retailers by 2030. Compensation is $140,000–$150,000 per year, with benefits described as competitive but not specified. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
