About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. This remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn new software and systems. You will play a key role in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, assisting with client proposals, maintaining internal systems, and supporting leadership with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with email management and communication follow-up
  • Help build and organize client proposals using Qwilr
  • Learn and help maintain workflows, documentation, and systems inside Notion
  • Assist in creating and organizing marketing collateral and branded materials
  • Help manage and schedule social media content across platforms
  • Track projects, tasks, and action items to ensure follow-through
  • Organize digital files and operational processes
  • Assist with onboarding documents, SOPs, and internal systems
  • Support leadership with general administrative and operational tasks
  • Take meeting notes and assist with implementation of next steps
