Responsibilities include preparing documentation for vendor payments, submitting requests into the accounting system, approving transactions, and working with the finance team on financial reports. The role also involves initiating and participating in improvement processes, conducting audits, and maintaining a strong network across departments. A high level of confidentiality is expected. Travel may be required.
