About The Position

AccentCare is hiring a remote EVV Agent to cover Texas. The role involves working in a high-volume call center, handling back-to-back inbound calls, documenting information in real time, and navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with callers. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, and pays $15.00 per hour. Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Experience handling back-to-back inbound calls.
• Ability to manage high call volume, with a target of approximately 60 calls per day.
• Experience with real-time documentation while on calls.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens, use copy-and-paste functions, switch between tabs and windows, and type while speaking with a caller.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use systems such as ContinuLink, Vesta, and Webex CC.
