About The Position

Clean2TheKore is hiring Environmental Services (EVS) Housekeeping Technicians at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. The role keeps patient rooms and hospital areas clean, safe, and ready for patients, staff, and visitors. Openings are available on the first and second shifts. Applicants must complete a background check and drug screen before starting.

Housekeeping or janitorial experience; hospital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, nurses’ stations, waiting areas, hallways, and other common areas.
Perform discharge cleans by thoroughly cleaning and resetting rooms after patients leave.
Wipe down high-touch surfaces, including bed rails, call buttons, door handles, light switches, and counters.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; spot-clean walls, windows, and glass.
Clean isolation rooms according to hospital infection-control procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Collect and properly remove trash, soiled linen, recycling, and regulated medical waste.
Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and other supplies.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and follow label and dilution instructions.
Set out wet-floor signs and keep hallways clear and safe.
Keep the cleaning cart clean, stocked, and organized.
Coordinate with nurses and staff to prepare rooms promptly and inform a supervisor about spills, damage, or safety issues.
Respect patient privacy and be friendly and helpful to patients and visitors.
