About The Position

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is hiring for its Housekeeping Team at the Health Center in Franklin, Indiana. Compass Park is a 320-acre community in Johnson County, adjacent to Indianapolis. The role involves maintaining clean, hygienic spaces in the community, including public restrooms and resident rooms, and keeping linen and supply closets adequately stocked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check linen and related supply stock levels and keep the closet adequately stocked.
• Clean, sanitize, and replenish supplies in public restrooms, including wiping surfaces and cleaning toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty garbage cans in designated areas on schedule or as needed, and dispose of waste according to established guidelines and regulations.
• Thoroughly clean resident rooms by dusting, vacuuming or mopping floors, and wiping down furniture.
