About The Position

The Environmental Service Technician maintains a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings. The role may require traveling from one facility to another without assistance. The technician responds to and initiates communication using phones, handheld radios, pagers, and similar devices. This is a per-diem position with a variable shift.

Requirements

• One year of knowledge within acute-care hospital environmental service techniques, practices, and procedures is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively.
