About The Position

The Environmental Services Technician Educator/Trainer serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare cleaning, including patient rooms, procedural areas, exam rooms, and department-specific techniques, tools, and processes. The role ensures cleaning practices align with Community Memorial Healthcare quality standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• One year of previous healthcare EVS experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write documents in English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS) related to the use and handling of chemicals.
• Hold a Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification or obtain it within six months.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in healthcare EVS training.
• Associate’s degree.
