About The Position

Clean2TheKore is hiring Food Service Associates for the Food & Nutrition team at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. Associates help prepare and deliver patient meals and maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly operating kitchen. The role has first- and second-shift openings and pays $16–$17 per hour. Food service, kitchen, or dietary experience is preferred.
Food Handler or ServSafe certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Help prepare patient meal trays on the tray line, matching trays to patients’ diet orders.
Deliver meal trays to patient rooms and collect trays after meals.
Perform basic food preparation, including portioning, plating, making sandwiches and salads, and setting up drinks and snacks.
Operate the dish machine; wash and put away pots, pans, and utensils.
Clean and sanitize counters, carts, equipment, floors, and the dish area.
Check and record food and refrigerator temperatures as required.
Receive, store, and rotate food and supplies using first-in, first-out practices.
Assist in the café or cafeteria with serving, stocking, and cleaning when needed.
Follow food safety, hand-washing, allergy, and sanitation rules.
Wear the required uniform, hairnet, and gloves.
Provide friendly and helpful service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff, and report patient concerns to a supervisor.
