About The Position

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a EVS Tech in Henderson, NV. This is a commercial kitchen Steward position that earns $12.00/hour, depending on experience. Requirements

21 years old or older
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general steward service tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift
Customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Previous commercial kitchen or hospitality experience would be a plus!
Fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job
Positive, can-do attitude
Prefer to be on your feet moving around
Honest and respectful of people's privacy and property

Responsibilities

Performing a wide variety of work in commercial resort kitchen areas of the facility while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly condition with a focus on offering great customer service and kitchen support.
Cleaning, sweeping and mopping the floors.
Cleaning and maintaining a wide variety of kitchen equipment.
Gathering and pulling trash.
Running giant commercial dish washing machines or performing runner duties.
Reporting maintenance repair problems to your supervisor.
Making sure that all water temp logs, and commercial kitchen safety precautions are followed at all times.
