About The Position
The Custodian helps maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff at a facility in Tyler, Texas. The position is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and requires working every weekend during the first 90 days. Compensation is $15.50 per hour, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodian experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff or supervisors.
