A key responsibility is to analyze banquet event orders to understand guest needs, determine setup requirements, timelines, and specific arrangements for buffets, action stations, etc. The specialist will also be responsible for fulfilling special banquet event arrangements and following up to ensure compliance. Additionally, the role requires adherence to all company policies, including safety and security procedures, reporting accidents, and completing safety training. Maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and providing excellent guest service are also crucial. This includes welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues to support team goals and quality standards.
