About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Events Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute regional events across the US and LATAM. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer engagement activities, and marketing events that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in event management, event marketing, or a related role.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, and external event partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and regions.
  • Experience tracking budgets, expenses, and event performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing platforms for event tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute regional marketing events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives across the US and LATAM.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, registrations, travel arrangements, vendor communications, shipping, and onsite support.
  • Support sponsorship activities and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and event partners.
  • Track event budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation.
  • Manage lead capture processes and prepare post-event reporting, analytics, and ROI assessments.
  • Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to align event activities with business priorities and campaigns.
  • Coordinate branded merchandise, promotional materials, and event assets for regional initiatives.
