About The Position

Freelance event staff support live events in and around New Hampshire, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences at candlelit concerts. Staff may sign up for preferred shifts, subject to management approval. The role offers a flexible, per diem weekend schedule, with opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and leadership roles as the company grows. Compensation is $25 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement of $0.35 per mile roundtrip for qualifying travel.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to drive up to 1.5 hours one way to an event.

Responsibilities

• Set up LED candles and equipment under the supervision of the team lead.
• Check in guests and assist with seating.
• Liaise with musicians and venue staff.
• Help ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.
