About The Position

The Event Staff role supports live events in and around Rhode Island by helping create a smooth, memorable experience for guests. Staff work behind the scenes at candlelit concerts, setting up LED candles and equipment under the team lead’s supervision, checking in guests, assisting with seating, and coordinating with musicians and venue staff. Workers can sign up for shifts they want to work, subject to management approval. The schedule is flexible and per diem, with weekend shifts typically lasting eight hours, from 2 PM to 10 PM. The role offers $25 per hour plus mileage reimbursement at 35 cents per mile roundtrip for qualifying travel, and may provide opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to drive up to 1.5 hours one way to an event.

Responsibilities
