About The Position

The Event Staff member helps deliver exceptional live events in and around Vermont. This flexible, per diem weekend role involves supporting candlelit concerts and creating a smooth, memorable experience for guests. Staff may sign up for preferred shifts, subject to management approval. Shifts are typically eight hours, from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to drive up to 1.5 hours one way to an event.

Responsibilities

• Sign up for desired shifts, subject to management approval.
• Set up LED candles and equipment under the supervision of the team lead.
• Check in guests and assist with seating.
• Liaise with musicians and venue staff.
• Help ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.
