About The Position
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with event setup and teardown. This is an on-call position with shifts that vary based on event needs; assignments and hours are not guaranteed. Crew members set up and take down event equipment, move supplies, follow layouts and supervisor instructions, maintain clean work areas, and work with the team to meet event deadlines. Pay is $17–$18 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be available for on-call assignments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have own transportation to and from event locations.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous event setup, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set up and take down tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment.
- Load, unload, and move event supplies safely.
- Follow event layouts and supervisor instructions.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work with the team to meet event deadlines.
