About The Position
Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Setup & Banquet Support Technician in Oswego, NY. The role supports successful events by setting up, breaking down, and maintaining event spaces. The technician assists with event equipment and supplies, keeps spaces clean and organized, and coordinates with event staff to help ensure setup and breakdown are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as events require.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job location in Oswego, NY.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and tear-down of event equipment, including tables, chairs, staging, and audiovisual components.
- Maintain organized and clean event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure timely and efficient setup and breakdown.
- Transport equipment and supplies to and from event locations as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
