About The Position

Meeting Tomorrow is seeking an Event Project Manager to manage the complex lifecycle of AV production and creative design projects for client events. This role involves acting as a consultant and brand steward, leading information flow across all parties, and ensuring clients' visions for AV production and creative design are realized. The position requires frequent to moderate onsite travel (approximately 20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for numerous events throughout the year.
• Guide clients through the project lifecycle, coaching them on AV Production best practices for in-person and hybrid events.
• Serve as the client's main point of contact and MT representative, leading information flow between internal teams, venues, vendors, and the client.
• Prepare onsite staff for successful execution.
• Build genuine connections with clients on a personal level.
• Act as the bridge between clients and creative teams, managing logistics with vendors, maintaining asset trackers, managing POs, and negotiating terms.
• Travel onsite to be the face of MT, preparing onsite staff in partnership with Production Managers to execute flawlessly.
